Substance Use and Addiction Support

Substance use and addiction can greatly affect our quality of life and relationships. Substance use can be one way that we cope with hardship, but eventually can become unsustainable. We will work together to understand why we engage in these behaviors and how to improve our quality of life. I will meet you where you are at, whether you are ready to quit entirely or want to take a slower approach to change. 

Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety and stress can make us feel like we are stuck in a perpetual spiral of emotional discomfort and what-ifs. I want us to get curious about the process happening in our minds, learn strategies to disengage when needed, and gain skills in self-compassion and self-confidence. 

Depression Support

Depression can take such a huge toll on our quality of life. We will work together to better understand what is happening, build effective coping skills, and feel like we can make decisions again that move us toward the life we want to live. We will focus on reconnecting, living through our values, and feeling better able to manage hard days.

LGBTQIA+ Support

Therapy should be a space where you feel safe showing up fully as yourself without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. My approach is collaborative and affirming of all identities and experiences. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, validated, and empowered to move toward a life that feels meaningful and true to you.

I offer specialized support for parents navigating the emotional complexities of the prenatal and postpartum period, bonding, and shifts in identity and lifestyle. As a parent myself, I understand the unique challenges of this chapter in our lives. 

Relationship Stress

Relationship conflicts can have a big impact on our mental state. I offer insight-oriented guidance for individuals navigating relationship dynamics, building healthier boundaries, and improving interpersonal connections.
