About me
Whether you are already in therapy or taking steps on your own, I work with individuals who are asking themselves, “why isn’t this working?” I take a structured approach to therapy, exploring what has been tried, what works and doesn’t work for you, and what you want to see change in the future. It is my goal that you see the progress and sustainable change you are looking for from the therapeutic space. I work with individuals eighteen and up who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use/addiction, postpartum, parenthood, relationship stress and more.
The therapeutic space is judgment-free, empathetic, honest, and (at times) challenging. As a part of my work, I will call out behaviors and patterns that I believe may be negatively impacting you. I find that challenges, when appropriate, can help with sustainable progress mentally and emotionally.
